Coach Richards has 10 years of experience coaching at the Pro level with Detroit Strange, Miami Raiders, Baltimore Trauma, Tampa Bay Damage & San Antonio X-Factor. He led 4 of the 5 teams he's coached to pro wins that include 2 World Cup championships and 3 series titles (PSP pro, NPPL pro & NPPL semi pro) along with nearly two dozen podium finishes.
Coach Paul offers a unique learning and training experience based on his decade of pro experience and training methods. Most clinics feature individual skills development and an opportunity to be trained by professional players. While valuable in its place those lessons are readily available in many forms. The core of the 'Pro Paintball Clinic' teaches the fundamentals of team play and is designed to step-by-step show teams and players what it means to be a complete competitive paintball team and how to use their individual skills within the team context. The one or two day course includes a variety of learning situations from classroom to drills and game simulations. Topics include:
- Field Analysis
- Game Planning & Execution
- Player Roles & Role Playing
- Reinventing the Breakout
- Recognizing & Creating Transitions
- Elements of Teamwork
- Winning the Closeout
The clinic is available in a one day or
two day format. The two day is designed for teams and is a more
intense in-depth training experience. The one day event is suitable
for teams or individual players and covers much of the same material.
Coach Paul is also available for private team consultations providing
a similar experience to the clinic or tailoring a unique training day
based on a team's needs and level of development.
